About the Founder

PeplivMD was founded by Dr. Christina Ganeshalingam (née Hamm), a board-certified physician practicing in New York.

After years in conventional medicine, Dr. Ganeshalingam recognized a gap between what evidence supports and what most patients are offered: high-quality, evidence-based protocols for performance, longevity, and metabolic health — without the gatekeeping, the upsells, or the corner-cutting.

When will you start seeing patients?
We're targeting a fall 2026 launch, pending final regulatory approvals. Waitlist members will be notified the moment enrollment opens.
Will you accept insurance?
PeplivMD is a cash-pay practice. Memberships are HSA and FSA eligible, and we provide itemized receipts for all services.
Who can become a patient?
New York State residents, 21 and older, in general good health. Each patient is evaluated individually and protocols are only prescribed when clinically appropriate.
What does pricing look like?
PeplivMD offers transparent membership pricing with bloodwork included. Full pricing details will be published when enrollment opens this fall.
Are peptides safe?
All protocols are physician-supervised and sourced from FDA-registered 503B compounding pharmacies with Certificate of Analysis verification on every batch. Patients are evaluated individually and monitored throughout treatment.
How does the telehealth model work?
All consultations happen via secure video. Bloodwork is completed at any Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp location in New York. Prescriptions are filled by our pharmacy partners and shipped directly to your door with cold-chain integrity.
